Our Grants & Eligibility Criteria

The Tyler Robinson Foundation is committed to helping families navigate the financial challenges of pediatric cancer. To ensure our support reaches those who need it most, we have established specific eligibility criteria. Before applying for a grant, please review the following requirements:

  • The child must be 0 to 18 years old and diagnosed with cancer.
  • The family must demonstrate a financial need resulting from the cancer diagnosis.
  • At least one working adult in the household must have a housing expense-to-income ratio of 28% or below (e.g., a household earning $75,000 annually must not exceed $21,000 in housing expenses).
  • The child must have medical insurance or access to medical cost coverage (TRF does not cover medical expenses).
  • The family must not receive significant financial support from other grant-making organizations or crowdfunding platforms.
  • The family must be referred by a social worker from one of TRF’s partner hospitals.
